The Federal Capital Territory( FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike has issued a stern warning to those who distort the master plan of Abuja.
The Minister made this known on Monday 21st August 2023, while giving his maiden address as a Minister.
According to him, “if you distort the master plans of Abuja your houses will go down, people who have built on green areas, your houses will go down, the green areas must come back.
“The era of land marketing is over. Those who were given lands and refused to develop it, sorry the land is gone.
“Those who have refused to pay their ground rate will be penalized because Abuja needs money too”.
