Nigerian singer Stanley Omah Didia, better known as Omah Lay, has made a candid revelation about his perception of his colleague, Davido’s feelings towards him.
The ‘Soso’ crooner, seemingly taken aback by Davido playing his songs while chauffeuring popular American content creator Kai Cenat around Lagos, confessed that he had always believed that the DMW boss harbored animosity towards him.
Taking to his social media handle, Omah Lay shared his thoughts, stating, “I’ve always thought OBO [Davido] hated me!”
This instance marks the first public display of Davido actively promoting Omah Lay’s music.
Omah Lay, a Port Harcourt-born artist, stands out among the emerging talents in the Nigerian music scene.
Despite his rising popularity, he has yet to secure a collaboration with Davido, unlike many of his peers.
