An unidentified landlord has cried out for help after he was arrested following the death of his female tenant.
The man said that she gave her house to an Akwa Ibom girl, identified as Blessing Effiong who came in company of her boyfriend to get the house.
After she got the house, she fell sick and was taken to the hospital and he went to the hospital to pay her bills, she met her sister and asked of her boyfriend but was told he has travelled to the northern part of Ghana.
He left and went for work but the lady has been discharged from the hospital, he immediately went back home and asked for her family’s contact, she said her phone was off and she is charging and also feeling sleepy.
The man left while she died in the following morning and her sister has ran away.
At the press time of filing this report, the Landlord is yet to locate her family, which prompted him to report at the police station.
