The League management company of Nigeria Football Governing Body , LMC has released 2023 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL Super 6 fixtures on Friday.
It was revealed that former champions, Enyimba FC will take on Remo Stars in the opening match while Sunshine Stars will battle defending champions, Rivers United.
Bendel Insurance who wants to extend their unbeaten record into the final lapse of the league will lock horns with Lobi Stars.
In Matchday 2 on Monday, Lobi Stars will take on Enyimba FC while Rivers United will battle Remo Stars, the last game of the day will be between Bendel Insurance and Sunshine Stars.
The final matches will hold on June 11. All matches will hold at the Johnson Mobolaji Arena, Lagos.
The fixtures released indicate that each team will play five matches and the team with the highest number of points will be declared winners of the 2022/2023 NPFL season.
The winners of the Super 6 and the runners up will qualifier for the CAF Champions League while the 3rd placed team will join the winners of the 2023 Federation Cup in the CAF Confederation Cup.
