The Benue State Police Command has arraigned a 45 year-old-man, Jeremiah Ode, in connection with gruesome murder of one Mrs. Priscilla Adoga.
According to report, the suspect who is known in the community to be mentally deranged went to the farm where his uncle’s wife, Priscilla, was working and killed her using a machete, then used her head to prepare pepper soup with it right there on the spot and was eating it when he was caught.
According to the Prosecuting Police Officer, Inspector Omaye Ujata, the unfortunate incident happened on Friday, August 19, at Igwe Ochekpo in Oju LGA of the state.
