In a surprising turn of events, veteran comic actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, faces a family dispute as his wife, Stella Marris Okafor, takes to Instagram to accuse their adopted daughter, Jasmine, of fraud and embezzlement.
Stella’s social media posts claim that Jasmine and her associates have been spreading falsehoods about her, while also alleging that Jasmine has obstructed her access to the bank accounts holding donations for Mr Ibu’s recovery.
In a detailed statement, Stella asserts that Jasmine employed mystical methods to interfere in family matters.
NEWSTODAYNG gathered that, the controversy deepens as Stella contends that the management of funds meant for Mr Ibu has been shrouded in secrecy, vehemently denying any attempt to use the money for personal gain, particularly refuting accusations of trying to purchase a car with the donations.
