Members of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control branch, NAFDAC, who embarked on strike on the 21st of June 2022 to express their grievances over poor welfare packages and unpaid promotion arrears on Monday, suspended its indefinite strike.

 

The union’s secretary, Ayodeji Adetoboye, who disclosed this in an interview with newsmen said, an agreement has been signed, and it is expected that much should be done before the end of year.

He maintained that if the conditions are not met, the union will have no choice than to continue the strike.
