The Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Ekiti State Chapter, has congratulated the Governor of the State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his victory at the Supreme Court re-affirming him as the duly elected governor of 2022 gubernatorial poll.
NIPR, in a statement signed by its Chairman and Secretary of the chapter, Adesua Anthony Omololu and Kayode Adebusuyi, described the victory at the apex court as an act of God, urging the governor to see it as a win-win development for all, in the service of Ekiti people.
The Institute also salutes the path of peaceful legal course of redress taken by Chief Segun Oni and his party, the Social Democratic Party, SDP, noting this has deepened the Nigerian democratic process most especially electoral dispute resolution.
While pledging its continued partnership with the government of Ekiti to move the State forward in government policy marketing and relationship management, the NIPR chapter also implored all Ekiti sons and daughters to join hands with the administration of Oyebanji with a view to moving the state to greater heights for the benefit of all concerned.
