North Korean dictator, Kim Jong Un has pleaded with North Koreans as he shed tears in a bid to influence them to have more babies.
The dictator noted that the event was hosted to prevent the drop in birth rates and promote good childcare, this implies that North Korean birth rates are about to skyrocket.
The incident took place at the National Mothers Meeting hosted by the dictator who was seen dabbing his eyes in an effort to get his people to start birthing more babies.
“Preventing a decline in birth rates and good childcare are all of our housekeeping duties we need to handle while working with mothers,” Kim said.
