The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ekiti State Council, has lauded the Governor-elect, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, for installing Two standing Air Conditioners in the Secretariat barely 24 hours after promising them.
In a statement by the Chairman of the Union, Comrade Rotimi Ojomoyela, said the Leaders and members were surprised after the items were delivered and installed barely 24 hours after he made the promise.
It should be recalled that BAO, during his Thank-you tour to the Secretariat, promised to donate the Appliances before October but approved them immediately and delivered them to the Secretariat the second day.
Ojomoyela explained that the action has further attested that he is a man of his words.
He thereby assured him of maximum support of the media through fair journalism.
