The National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Southwest zone has endorsed Akinsanya Musiliu, popularly known as Mc Oluomo as the national president of the union.
The zone flagged him off when a 24-man delegate, comprises of Ekiti, Ogun, Oyo, Kwara, Ondo and Lagos States visited his residence in Lagos.
The delegates were led by Ekiti NURTW State Chairman, Joseph Falope, popularly known as Olofooro, Ogun NURTW state acting chairman, Mustapha Ismaila, among others.
Mc Oluomo was the former Chairman of NURTW in Lagos State for many years.
The zone wants him to replace, Tajudeen Ibikunle Baruwa, who is the current President of the Union.
