As part of measures to reward deserving personalities for their role in the discharge of their duties, the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, South-West Area Office, SWAO, has rewarded Lola Success Mohammed, as the SWAO spotlight of the week.

Mohammed, a Principal Inspector diligently working with NYSC Ekiti State bagged the prestigious individual award for her rare sense of creativity that changed the face of inter-platoon cultural carnival at the NYSC Ekiti State Orientation Camp.

In a post obtained from NYSC South West Area facebook page states that Mohammed, a graduate of Environmental Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom is a ‘safe environment and recycling’ advocate.

The post read: “She, out of her ingenuity makes costumes out of leaves, used bottles, papers, sacks, mosquito nets etc.”

“Lola believes that if the strength of corps members is properly harnessed, they have what it takes to make positive changes and bring out the beauty in our cultural diversity for national development and integration.”

“In recognition of your contribution, Lola, we thank you for your continuous impactful hard work.”
