The former Lagos Police Commissioner, RT. AIG Hakeem Odumosu has debunked the rumour making the rounds on the internet over his appointment as chairman Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Odumosu said the information was cooked by the purveyors of fake news.
According to him, “Good Morning everyone, I have been inundated with so many calls and messages between yesterday and today on a purported “EFCC Appointment.
“I just want to use this opportunity to debunk this information and say it’s totally UNTRUE.
“This information mush have emanated from mischief makers and should be totally disregarded.”
