Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji with Rwandan President, H.E. Paul Kagame, at the closing session of the Executive Leadership Retreat, organised by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in collaboration with the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) in Kigali, Rwanda on Saturday.
NEWSTODAYNG recalled that Oyebanji had left Ekiti State last week to join some Nigerian Governors for the UNDP summit.
