The National Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has attributed the comments of the Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi to the decays destroying the traditional institution.

This was unconnected to his recent remarks on the APC-led administration, saying he won’t be friendly with Tinubu’s government if same energy is not reciprocated.

Speaking on a national TV, Ganduje said his inability to control his words has brought a lot of problems to the traditional institution.

His words, “He is an economist but he failed to understand that in economics, he has to inherit assets and liability.

“He only inherited the assets of the traditional institution by giving orders, staying in a mansion, dressing gorgeously, being addressed as a king, but the liability of that institution is that he has to watch his tongue but he didn’t do that.

“That was the problem, that is the biggest problem that he could not change his mode of life from social critic to an institution.

“He was destroying the institution, that’s why God created lips and teeth to protect the tongue but Sanusi was able to break all the walls”.
