A security man attached to Memories Plaza in Sapele, Delta State has landed in trouble for reportedly shooting a lady, Aigbe Anita on the leg at the entrance of the mall on Monday.
The victim who is currently in pain has been admitted in the hospital while the perpetrator who is yet to be identified is on the run.
A source told Newsmen that, “She went to the mall to purchase some items and a misunderstanding ensued between her and the security personnel which led to him shooting her in the leg.
“He took to his heels after realizing what he had done. We had to rush Anita to the hospital where she’s receiving medical help. Also, the management of the mall are refusing to assist in ensuring their staff is apprehended. We need justice for the poor girl. This is unacceptable in our country.”
