Apostle Femi Lazarus, the lead pastor of Sphere of Light Church, Ibadan has said that it is better to be single than get married to the wrong person.
He said this during a message to true believers present at church, ascertaining that regardless of one’s age, being single and trusting God for a spouse is the best course of action as opposed to being married and hoping for a way out.
Giving insider information, the man of God said that the percentage of married people who wished they didn’t marry their spouses is more than the percentage of those who are happily married, adding that “some are even looking forward to the death of the partners”.
Hinting on the key to a successful marriage, he advised intending couples to abstain from pornography and seek the face of God when choosing a life partner.
“For your marriage to work you have to be convinced that you heard from God. It can only work through conviction, agreement and attraction.”
