The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has expelled a postgraduate student, Mathew Adeboye Balogun, popularly known as Plato, over alleged s3xual assault of a 17-yr-old girl.
The Master’s student at the Department of Councillor Education, Faculty of Education of the university, became viral in 2023 after being called out for taking advantage of vulnerable students and admission seekers including a 17-year-old girl.
According to Unilorin Bulletin issued on Monday, Balogun was expelled having been found guilty of allegation of sexual molestation committed against vulnerable students and admission seekers.
