Governor of Rivers State, Dr Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has announced that he has appointed 100,000 special assistants for two regions of the State.
According to him, the appointees who would hold the position of special assistants on political unit affairs, would serve in the Rivers south-east and south-west region of the state.
