The National Directorate of Employment, NDE has commenced the registration of unemployed persons with or without certificate across all local government areas in Ekiti States from 17th April to 5th May 2023.
The exercise, according to a press release signed by its State Coordinator, Sanusi Akeem Olugbenga, is aimed at reliable and up to date database of the unemployed of all classes which will help the federal government in its short, medium and long term job creation plans.
However, Sanusi urged Ekiti residents to create awareness and mobilize all unemployed resident to register to enhance the success of the exercise in all the Local Government in Ekiti State.
