The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a suspected armed robber, cultist, and kidnapper, Abdul-Azeez Ibrahim, popularly known as Butcher, in Ijebu Ode area of the state.
According to them, he is the hit man and armourer for the Neo Black Movement of Africa, aka Black Axe, in Ijebu Ode.
Report has it that he is an extra year student of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
